• An Independent Non-Executive Director of two (2) Main Market Listed Issuers in Malaysia (also serving as Chairman of the Audit and Remuneration Committees, and Member of the Nomination, Remuneration and Risk Management Committees)

• Chartered Audit Committee Director of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Malaysia

• Holds a MSc. Accountancy and Finance Degree from Birmingham City University, United Kingdom
