• Previously attached to an international bank (2017 and 2018)

• Joined Galton in 2018

• Over 13 years of professional experience in corporate governance and business sustainability

• Clientele served/ serving include public listed entities in Malaysia and Singapore, across industries including semiconductor, poultry farming, property development, financial services, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, oil and gas, etc

• Academic experience in architecture and finance, including:

- Master of Finance from University of Tasmania, Australia

Lim Ker Shin | Director

• Director of Galton

• Previously attached with a big-four international accounting firm (from 2013 to 2018)

• Previously headed the enterprise risk management function of a public listed company and helped the company in conducting materiality assessment, ESG risk assessment and climate transition risk assessment 

• Joined Galton in 2025

• Over 14 years of professional experience in the fields of Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Sustainability Management, Corporate Governance and Corporate Liability (Section 17A MACC Act 2009) 

• Clientele served/ serving ranging from public listed companies, government-linked companies and agencies, to regulators 

• Academic qualifications and professional certifications include:

- Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom

- Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)

- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Malaysia
